We will have a comprehensive integrated service where our users and clients will find everything they are looking for in one place, a hotel that is not only for resting but for enjoying a unique and unrepeatable stay, perfectly harmonized spaces designed to exceed the expectations of any type of client in leisure, work, or tourism situations.
Strategic location
We are strategically located with access to multiple advantages of access and transportation, shopping centers, exits, and boarding routes to different places, surrounded by various public institutions with 24-hour security, as well as being a very quiet and peaceful area for a pleasant rest.
Hotel DUBAY was created from its beginnings with the aim of becoming one of the best hotels in the region. We established work policies focused on continuous improvement and constant innovation, applying benchmarking to the best ideas and projects in similar services. Initially, our hotel lacked a proper distribution of spaces and common areas for the use of our guests and stakeholders. We faced many limitations and structural problems throughout the building since the hotel was acquired by repurchase from previous owners.
Over time, we focused on structurally remodeling some areas to improve the quality of service for our residents and prospects. Starting from the 1st level, we completely expanded our restaurant and event hall, which will now become our convention and events center. We structured a modern reception on the second floor for the assistance of our guests, both those already accommodated and new clients. We enlarged the space designated for the auditorium while implementing two offices on our 2nd floor.
Regarding our café-bar, we created a comfortable and sufficiently large space for the attention of all our guests. We offer more than 50 rooms distributed in 07 types of rooms on 3 levels of the hotel. We are working to implement our own gym for the exclusive use of our guests and clients. We will provide sauna and spa services for moments of relaxation, including massage and body and facial treatments.
Finally, thinking about our select audience, we will set up unique terraces in the city with a spectacular view of Cajamarca.
